Next time, add a little more sugar.
2016-07-02
- 180g plain flour
- 150ml milk
- 100g butter, melted
- 50g + 50g sugar
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla essence?
- pinch of salt
- 20 minutes rest
Also quite good. Perhaps too much cinnamon, and not enough baking powder.
Next time:
- add a little more baking powder - somewhere between one teaspon and one tablespoon, so perhaps half a tablespoon; and
- use less cinnamon - perhaps one teaspon (instead of two); and
- consider adding some vanilla essence.
